Prior to joining Giles Wilson Tom was a Partner in a firm in the City of London. Whilst having a background in commercial property including Landlord & Tenant, freehold sales and acquisitions, and portfolio financing and structuring, Tom has more recently specialised in high value and super prime residential property across London and the South East. Having acted for client from all over the world, often with complicated structuring needs or tax issues, Tom brings a breadth of knowledge to understanding client's needs and offers practical, personable advice often in conjunction with client's other third party advice providers, to achieve the best outcome for clients. Living locally in his home town of Leigh on sea, Tom is pleased to continue this work on his doorstep combining his city experience whilst also acting for local clients in all aspects of property acquisition and sale, enfranchisement and development.

When to report a solicitor to the SRA

If you have complained to your solicitor about breaching the SRA Code of Conduct and are not satisfied with their response, you can report them to the SRA. Examples of a breach include:
